On Halloween night, 1991, with the recently released "Nevermind" rushing up the charts, Nirvana returned to Seattle to play a triumphant homecoming gig at the Paramount Theatre. Following frenetic sets from Mudhoney and Bikini Kill, Nirvana turned in one of the best performances of their career...

...This classic show is one of the most common among traders, yet it is strangely incomplete..."Molly's Lips" and "Spank Thru" are missing on all circulating copies. However, the Mobile Dogfish Truck was on hand to record a professional soundboard for Geffen/DGC that was originally slated for 1992 release as a Nirvana live album. Although that idea was quickly scrapped, I believe that this concert is the most likely candidate for future release in the oft-rumoured Nirvana box set. So perhaps we WILL see this show in its complete form after all these years...any thoughts?
